Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If the Service isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of payment — no questions asked.
This Refund Policy applies to Quiosque25 subscriptions purchased through our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer an unconditional money-back guarantee within 30 days of the original purchase or renewal of a subscription. If within that period you decide the Service isn’t for you, we will refund the amount paid in full.
2. How to request a refund
- Email oi@q25.io with the subject “Refund request”.
- Include the email used at checkout and your order number (from the Paddle receipt).
- We will process the request within 2 business days.
You can also request a refund directly through the link in your Paddle receipt email.
3. Refund timing
Once approved, the refund is processed by Paddle. Funds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days — the exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account or by emailing oi@q25.io. After cancellation your subscription does not renew, and access remains until the end of the already-paid period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund for the current period, but a refund is available under the 30-day guarantee.
5. Exceptions
A refund may be declined in cases of clear abuse (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles to bypass limits) or violation of the Terms of Service. Requests after 30 days are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
6. Paddle’s role
Because Paddle acts as Merchant of Record, the final processing of the refund and movement of funds is carried out by Paddle in accordance with its Refund Policy. Our policy supplements it and does not limit your statutory rights.
