This Privacy Policy describes how Quiosque25 (“we”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use the Quiosque25 service (the “Service”). We respect your privacy and process data in accordance with applicable law, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.

1. Data we collect

Account data: name, email address, password (stored encrypted).
Payment data: processed directly by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. We do not store full payment card details.
Uploaded audio files: processed for analysis and deleted after processing.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, usage logs.
Cookies: for authentication, analytics and saving preferences.

2. How we use data

to provide and operate the Service;
to process payments and invoicing (via Paddle);
to communicate with you on request and send Service notices;
to improve the quality and security of the Service;
to comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your audio recordings to train models and we do not share them with third parties. Uploaded files are deleted automatically once analysis is complete.

3. Payments and Paddle

To process payments, we use Paddle.com Market Limited as our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes your payment data as an independent controller in accordance with its Privacy Policy. We only receive the transaction information we need (e.g. payment status, country, last digits of the card).

4. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the Service:

Paddle — payment and tax processing;
cloud hosting and infrastructure providers;
analytics and support services.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion to meet legal obligations. Audio files are deleted immediately after processing.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

access your data and obtain a copy;
correct inaccurate data;
delete your data (“right to be forgotten”);
restrict or object to processing;
port your data;
withdraw consent.

7. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls and regular audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for the Service to function, as well as analytics cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; disabling some cookies may limit functionality.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service.
