Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
1. Who we are and acceptance of these terms
Quiosque25 (“Quiosque25”, “we”, “us”) operates a music promotion platform that connects music artists and labels (“Clients”) with short-form content creators (“Creators”). Clients order promotion campaigns in which Creators publish Instagram Reels featuring the Client’s track; we verify each Reel and report the results. Creators earn by being invited to these campaigns (Drops) and posting a Reel for payment under the conditions stated in the Drop invitation. Quiosque25 is operated by Q25, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA), which is the party to these Terms.
By using our website, requesting an estimate, placing an order, or creating an account, you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, do not use the platform. If you accept on behalf of a company or label, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity.
2. The service
Quiosque25 provides two connected services:
- Campaigns (for Clients): you order a fixed number of Reels featuring your track, with a guaranteed minimum of total views. Creators from our network publish the Reels, our scanning system verifies each one by its audio, and you receive a report with every Reel and its views.
- Creator program (for Creators only): registered Creators earn from invited paid Drops; each invitation states the payment, with conditions fixed when accepted.
3. Orders, estimates and pricing
- Package prices depend on the audience region you choose and are the same for everyone who chooses it. Estimates and payment links are valid for 7 days. An estimate does not reserve a start date or lock a special price.
- Campaign prices are stated in US dollars unless indicated otherwise. Taxes that must be collected by law (for example, VAT or sales tax collected by our payment provider) may be added at checkout.
- A campaign starts only after payment is confirmed. Until a campaign starts, we may decline any order at our discretion — for example, where the rights to a track are unclear, the content conflicts with our policies, or we lack capacity in the requested market. If we decline an order that has already been paid, we refund it in full.
- Package descriptions and example view figures on the website are illustrative and based on past campaigns. What is binding is stated in your order: the number of Reels and the minimum total views.
- Your order. Your order is the checkout page, payment link or invoice you paid, together with these Terms. If they conflict, your order prevails on price, number of Reels and minimum views; these Terms prevail on everything else. Our guarantees are set out in these Terms and your order; pre-sale emails and messages describe the same service.
4. What you're buying
Reels are posted by everyday creators and content pages from our network: edit and clip pages, film and TV, memes, music pages. They are in the audience region you choose: Latin America, USA & UK or Western Europe. People post what they would post anyway, with your track as the soundtrack.
This is not an influencer campaign. We choose the accounts; you don't select or approve creators in advance. We match accounts to your track as well as we can and can pass on your wishes as a recommendation. But we don't brief creators, and each one decides on the idea, filming, editing and style of their own Reel. So we can't guarantee that the accounts, their audience, its location or the content of the Reels will match your expectations, or that a recommendation will be followed.
What is guaranteed: the number of Reels and the minimum views in your order. Custom casting around a concept is a separate project, quoted individually.
5. What we guarantee — and what we don't promise
We guarantee two things, both stated in your order: the number of Reels, each published by a Creator and confirmed by our scanning system as using your track; and the minimum total views across those Reels. Together they are the delivery guarantee referred to throughout these Terms.
- What we don't promise. Beyond the Reels and the minimum views in your order, we make no promises about streams, plays, saves, followers, listeners, chart positions, playlist placements, virality, trends, sales or any other commercial result, or about which Creators will post (see section 4). Audience behavior is outside anyone's control.
- Delivery guarantee. Every Reel you paid for is published within 14 days of the start. Start means the first published Reel. Your Reels together reach the minimum views: Spark 50,000; Spread 100,000; Takeover 150,000; for custom orders, the minimum stated in your payment link or invoice. Each Reel's views are its public Instagram view count, recorded by our scanning system 10 days after the Reel is published. If the total is below the minimum, we add Reels at no extra cost until the minimum is reached; extra Reels are published within 30 days after the shortfall is counted, and are counted the same way. If extra Reels become impossible for reasons outside our control (section 13), you get credit toward your next campaign for the shortfall. Reels stay up for at least 14 days. We check for and replace defective Reels ourselves: sound not from Instagram's music library, a private account, deletion within 14 days, a black screen or static image, or someone else's advertising. You don't need to check anything. Your report lists every Reel with its link and views. If you disagree with any figure, tell us within 14 days of receiving the report and we will re-check it against Instagram. If, exceptionally, we cannot publish all the Reels you paid for, you choose a refund for the missing Reels or credit toward your next campaign.
- We do not sell engagement. We never promise or tolerate artificial views, bots or purchased engagement, and we may reject and replace any Reel that shows signs of manipulation.
6. Start and deadlines
We start once your sound is available in Instagram's music library. For a start-now order, the first Reel goes up within 7 days of payment and sound availability. For a future release, book 7–60 calendar days ahead and we start on release day, once the sound is on Instagram. Start means the first published Reel. All packages usually finish within 7–10 days of the start; the binding deadline is 14 days. If Reels you paid for are not published by the deadline, you choose a refund for the missing Reels or credit toward your next campaign. Views are covered by the delivery guarantee (section 5).
7. Payments, refunds and chargebacks
- Payment processing. Online payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Q25, LLC. We never see or store your full card details.
- Payment in advance. Campaigns are paid before they start. We begin work only after payment is confirmed.
- Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before the first Reel is published. This applies to start-now orders and to release-day bookings. Contact oi@q25.io. After the first Reel is published, the delivery guarantee (section 5) applies: if Reels you paid for cannot be published, you choose a refund for the missing Reels or credit toward your next campaign. If your release date moves, contact support before the first Reel is published; we can move the start once, free of charge, within 60 days. This does not limit any refund rights you may have under mandatory consumer law, which always apply where required.
- Chargebacks. Our campaign report with links to the published Reels is the record of delivery. If you open a payment dispute for a campaign delivered as agreed, we may pause further work on the disputed order until the dispute is resolved, and we will provide our report and correspondence to the payment provider. Please contact us first — we resolve most issues within 2 business days.
- Invoices, grants and taxes. Payment obligations do not depend on whether you receive a grant, subsidy or other funding. Prices do not include taxes that you are required to self-assess or withhold in your country (for example, VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism); these are your responsibility.
8. Your music and rights (Clients)
By ordering a campaign you confirm and warrant that:
- you own or control all rights in the track and in any materials you provide (including the recording and the composition, or the licenses needed), and that our use of them for the campaign does not infringe anyone’s rights;
- you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the track, its artwork, metadata and your artist name to run the campaign — including making the track available to Creators for use in their Reels — and to verify and report the results;
- you are responsible for third-party claims arising from the content you provide, and you agree to indemnify us — that is, to cover our losses and reasonable legal costs — against such claims;
9. Client references in our marketing
Unless you opt out, you allow Quiosque25 to mention its work with you in its marketing — on our websites, in sales emails and messages, presentations and social media posts. This may include:
- Your name. Your artist or label name and the title of the promoted track — for example, in a list of artists we have worked with.
- Campaign cases. The track title, its cover artwork, links to the public Reels made in the campaign, and the campaign's public view counts and other aggregate results.
- What we do not do without your separate written consent: publish quotes or testimonials attributed to you, use your photos, likeness or logo (other than the track's cover artwork), or say or imply that you endorse Quiosque25. We never disclose the price you paid.
- Opting out. You can opt out at any time by writing to oi@q25.io. We will remove you from our websites and marketing materials within 7 days and stop mentioning you in new communications. Messages that have already been sent cannot be recalled.
- Aggregated data. We may use campaign data in aggregated or de-identified form — for example, typical view ranges per campaign — for benchmarks, reports and improving the service.
10. Creators and content ownership
- Creators are independent. They are not our employees or agents, and they keep full ownership of their Reels and their accounts.
- A campaign buys promotion, not content rights. Clients receive no license to download, repost or reuse Creators’ Reels outside our reports unless agreed separately with the Creator.
- Creators decide how to present a track creatively. We verify that a Reel features the Client’s track; we do not script Creators’ content.
- Creators grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to link to, embed, and display screenshots and public statistics of campaign Reels in Client reports and in our marketing; Clients may view these in their reports.
11. For Creators only: creator program
- This section applies only to Creators, not to Clients. You must provide truthful information, keep your credentials secure and hold only one account. Instagram verification is required before your Reels are tracked.
- Rewards. Each Drop invitation states how you are paid for it — for example a fixed amount per verified Reel, or an amount based on the Reel’s views — and how much. Those conditions are fixed once you accept the invitation; you are free not to accept. We may change the conditions of future Drops at any time.
- Catalog tracks are licensed only for use in Instagram Reels created through the platform. You may not redistribute, resell or sublicense them, and using a track gives you no copyright in it.
- Counted earnings and fraud. Once a Reel is counted, its earnings are never reduced except when that Reel is rejected for fraud. Artificial views, bots, duplicate accounts or other manipulation may lead to rejection for fraud and account termination. We detect fraud and manipulation using our own methods and criteria, which we do not disclose. Whether a Reel or account involves fraud is decided at our sole discretion, and our decision is final.
- You must be at least 18 years old. You act as an independent contractor and are responsible for your own taxes and for any registrations required in your country.
- You are solely responsible for complying with Instagram’s branded content policies and with any advertising-disclosure laws that apply to you, including labelling paid partnerships where required. We do not review or monitor your disclosures and are not responsible for them.
- No guaranteed work for Creators. We choose which Creators to invite to each Drop at our sole discretion. We do not guarantee Creators any number of invitations, campaigns or earnings, and we may change, pause or end the creator program at any time. This does not affect the delivery guarantee (section 5) we give to Clients.
- Keeping the Reel up. A Reel must stay public, unedited in its audio and on the same account for at least 45 days after publication. A Reel that is deleted, made private or has its sound changed before it is counted earns no reward.
- Verification is ours. Whether a Reel qualifies (correct sound, public account, published on time, meets the Drop brief) is determined by our scanning system and moderation; our decision is final. This does not change the protection of counted earnings described above.
- Withdrawals. A minimum withdrawal amount applies, and you may have only one active withdrawal request at a time. Payouts are made manually (Pix in Brazil, bank transfer elsewhere) and processed within 7 business days after approval.
- Payout details and fees. You are responsible for providing correct payout details. We are not responsible for payments sent to details you provided that turn out to be wrong. Bank, transfer and currency-conversion fees charged by intermediaries are borne by you.
- Confidentiality. Reward amounts and the details of Drops that are not public are confidential; do not disclose them to third parties. This does not limit your obligation to disclose paid promotion where the law or Instagram requires it.
12. Prohibited conduct
Whatever your role, you may not:
- use bots, fake engagement, purchased views or any other artificial manipulation of metrics;
- upload or promote content that is illegal, hateful, defamatory or that infringes third-party rights;
- circumvent the platform — for example, by taking a campaign relationship off-platform to avoid fees;
- interfere with the operation of the platform, scrape it or attempt to access other users’ data.
- for Clients: for 12 months after a campaign, directly engage Creators introduced through it for paid promotion of music without us.
- for Creators: contact Clients directly about a campaign, or offer them paid promotion outside the platform, during a campaign and for 12 months after it.
13. Third-party platforms
Quiosque25 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok or YouTube. Campaigns depend on those platforms' availability and policies, which can change at any time and are outside our control. We are not liable for their actions, such as removing content or restricting accounts. If such an event (for example, a track removed from Instagram's music library, a rights-holder block on the sound, a platform outage or a change in view counting) prevents or delays delivery, our deadlines move by the length of the event, up to 30 days. If delivery becomes impossible, you choose a refund for the missing Reels or credit toward your next campaign; a shortfall in views is covered by credit toward your next campaign. These events never cancel the delivery guarantee (section 5) or our obligation to replace defective Reels.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. This does not limit the express delivery guarantee in section 5.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data.
- Our total liability to a Client is capped at the amount paid for the campaign giving rise to the claim. Our total liability to a Creator is capped at the earnings legitimately owed to that Creator at the time of the claim. These caps do not limit your obligation to pay for your order or your indemnity obligations under section 8.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules where they apply.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts and campaigns in case of a breach of these terms, fraud or legal risk. For Creators, legitimate pending earnings are paid out before termination, except where they result from fraud. If we terminate a paid campaign without any breach on the Client’s side, we refund the Reels not yet published, at the per-Reel price of your order.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes we notify registered users by email, and the “last updated” date above changes. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Orders already placed remain governed by the version in force at the time of the order.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve the dispute amicably for at least 30 days. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an individual claim in a small-claims court where it qualifies. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises. Disputes are resolved on an individual basis; to the extent permitted by law, you waive participation in any class or representative action. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected where they apply.
18. General
- Electronic communications. You agree to receive contractual notices, receipts and reports by email; they satisfy any requirement that such communications be in writing.
- Sanctions. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a comprehensive US embargo and are not on any US sanctions list.
- Entire agreement and severability. These Terms and your order are the entire agreement between us on their subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Assignment and survival. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (payment, indemnity, liability limits, governing law) survive it.
